Pramod Kabra

Pramod joined True North in 2007 as a Partner. He was involved in supporting and building True North companies across financial services, consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors. In 2023, he assumed the role of an Advisor and continues to support TN Partner companies with their business building and strategic decision making.

Currently, he’s the chairman of Fincare Small Finance Bank and is on the boards of Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) and Shree Digvijay Cement. Prior to joining True North, he worked with Unilever and Hindustan Unilever for 23 years in various senior positions.

Pramod has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
