Parmeshawaran Iyer (Param)

Parameshwaran joined True North as Manager Operations & Compliance Specialist, Private Credit in July 2024.

Prior to joining True North, Param worked with Lastaki Advisors Pvt Ltd for 2.5 years where he assumed multiple roles in AIF operations, Finance, Investment and Compliance Management. Earlier he was with Par Formulations Pvt Ltd (Endo Group), where he led the India Tax Operations (GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, SEZ) for MNCs. With 7 years of overall work experience, he has worked in Corporate Tax Compliance and Litigations with ACC Ltd., as well as in Management Audit and Internal Financial Control.

Param is a Chartered Accountant, CFA L1, CS and also holds an LLB degree.

Beyond work, Param is passionate about teaching and enjoys music and cooking. He is also a Web3 enthusiast
