Nikita has joined True North as a Compliance Officer in 2024

Prior to True North, Nikita worked with Pahal Financial Services since 2015, where she served as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) and later progressed to the role of Chief Compliance Officer.

With over 8 years of experience in the Microfinance sector, specialising in NBFC regulations, Nikita brings a wealth of knowledge in handling various compliances and is proficient in handling legal, audit, secretarial, and fundraising compliance matters. She also has an in-depth understanding of regulatory controls and legal framework with respect to RBI, SEBI, FEMA, Companies Act, Listing Norms and MFI Compliances.

She holds a Master of Commerce in Accounts and Taxation and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

In her leisure time, Nikita enjoys reading and listening to music.
